Ultrasonic Cutting Machine

	Description

CTLU: Ultrasonic length and cross cutting / Welding equipment.
Important room and labor savings, as the cutting equipment watched by the machine's operator replaces the roll unwinding, measuring and cutting station.

As with the mechanical panel-cutting version, a detector allows you to eliminate the faults pointed out by the operator with the minimun waste and without
losing the total number of panels to be produced.

	Advantages

Cutting and welding while the quilting machine is running, meaning
no extra time, allows the elimination of a panel four sides overlocking
which brings :

Saving of one working station (labor, room, setting and maintenance of an overlock machine, sewing thread)..
A shorter and faster production circuit.
Much less waste to evacuate..
Very important saving up to 6% of quilted materials (3 cm of cloth and filling at each edge of a 2 m long panel ).
Time saving and much easier edging of the panel (tape or bias edging with no trimming).
